Recommended Dose One (1) vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtimes or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Each vegetable capsule provides:
- Standardised Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Root Powdered Extract (1.5% [4.5 mg] withanolides) - 300 mg
- Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Root Powder - 100 mg
